Wallace has also asked Vincent to take his wife Mia (Uma Thurman) a few days later when Wallace himself is out of town. Butch Coolidge (Bruce Willis) is an elderly boxer whom Wallace pays to lose a fight. The lives of these seemingly disconnected people are interwoven and contain funny, strange and unconventional causes.
